To reset a Portal Account in Onesite

1. Go to the Navigation Menu > Applicants or Prospects tab
2. Search for the applicant
3. Under Actions, select Leasing Portal Account

4. Click the Complete link
5. Click Send Email
6. Click OK

Advise the resident to check their Inbox or Junk/Spam folder and follow the instructions.
