  • Your entered information is not what exactly appears on your leasing documents such as:
    • Unit
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email

Enter Your Information Exactly as It Appears on your Leasing Documents

1. Go to the resident portal site
 

 

 

Example:
https://propertyname.activebuilding.com/

 


2. Click Get Started Now
3. Enter the following information:

  • Unit
  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name


4. Ensure that there is no space before and after the letters when you enter it
5. Click Continue
 

 

For the property, make sure your resident is marked as an Occupant.

  1. Go to the unit
  2. Click the Edit link beside the resident’s name.
  3. Under General Information, the Contact is must be Lease Signer and Occupant.

If the Occupant is grayed out, put a check on Business/Corporation and that will now allow you to put a check on Occupant. Do not forget to uncheck Business/Corporation.

  1. Hit Save.
