Resident’s Service Request Process in ActiveBuilding
Navigate to Service Requests from Home Page

Or from Dashboard> Service Requests

View current open requests and status. Click on each line item to view more details and notes

Submit a New Service Request

Use the dropdowns to select the Category, Sub-Categories, and type a description of the issue

Option to upload a photo or video to support the issue

Answer any required questions set up by management, and click Submit

You can immediately track the status and any notes added by staff in your Open Requests
When your service request is complete, view in Closed Requests. Provide feedback by clicking on the greyed out face next to the completed request

Feedback will be sent to staff and will show as a smile or frown in your view

Set up email notifications of a change in Service Request status in your Personal Settings
