1. Go to the Navigation Menu () > Applicants
2. Locate the Applicant and click View next to their name
3. Go to the Lease details tab
4. Under Screening History, locate the household member and click Cancel Screen
5. Enter Reason and click OK
You can now make changes to the application or rescreen the applicant as you want.
If you are unable to cancel the screening, please submit a ticket.
