1. First, make sure that your rates have been approved for the expiring leases you are working on in AIRM by clicking on the AI Revenue Management tile on your RealPage Unified Dashboard, then clicking on “Renewal Lease Workflow”. They should be in a status of “Approved”. If they are not in approved status, Onesite will not be able to generate the renewal offers.

2. Click on the menu, then on “Bulk Functions”, then on “Renewal Offers”

3. Enter the date parameters for the group of expirations you are generating offers for. Select “Exclude do not renew” so that a renewal offer is not generated for a resident who is in “Do Not Renew” status, then select “Build List”.  

This will generate a list of all residents who have leases expiring within the date parameters you have entered. You will see that no offers have been made yet under the “Offer Made” column.

4. Once you have built a list, click on the checkbox next to the names of the residents you want to generate offers for. You may select them individually, or all at once. Then click on “Generate Offers.”

5.            A box will appear after you select “Generate Offers”. Click on “Continue”

6. The notes will update to show “In Progress”. Click on “Refresh” until the offers have finished generating.

Once the offers are finished generating, you will see a checkmark next to the resident’s name under the “Offers Made” column.

You have now finished generating your renewal offers and may go on to generate renewal letters and view the renewal offer information in Onesite.
