If you wish to prevent a specific resident from making rent payments through the resident portal, please follow the steps below:

1. Search for the resident and click View
2. Next to the Resident you would like to restrict, click Edit 

3. Go to the Resident profile tab
4. Uncheck Online rent payments

5. Click Save
