This will prevent residents from making payments using checks through the resident portal and manual payments in the office.

To manage resident's check payment settings:

1. Go to the Navigation  Menu > Residents
2. Locate and View your resident
3. Under the Actions column, click Special/Collection Status 

4. Locate the setting Do not allow check payment:

• Check this box to prevent the household from paying by check
• Uncheck this box to allow the household to pay by check  

5. Click Save
