Reviewing the Parameters for Completed Reports or Extracts

When reviewing a completed report or extract, use the Parameters option in the More link to view the parameters used to create a particular version of the report or extract. This is helpful in determining if you can use a previously run version of a report or extract, or if you need to run the report or extract again with different parameters.

This option is available only for completed reports and extracts. You cannot review the parameters for completed tasks.

  1. From the Reports, SDE, and Tasks page, locate the report or extract you want to work with.
  2. Click the More link, and then select the View completed option.
  3. If there is more than one version of the report or extract available, locate the specific version you want to review. Change the dates and click Find to display more reports or extracts. Click the column headings to sort the list by different values.
    • Review the date and format of the report or extract as shown on the list.
    • Use the View link to open the report or extract file.
  4. Click the More link for the report or extract whose parameters you want to review and select the Parameters option. The system opens the parameters page for the selected report or extract. Here you can see the email addresses that received notification of the report's or extract's completion, as well as the specific data options used to create this version of the report or extract. You cannot change the parameters for a completed report or extract file.
  5. Click Close to return to the Completed list.
