Conservice- Meter (High Consumption)

 

For instances when resident's water usage is unusual due to suspected leaky faucets or running toilets.

 

Steps to take:

  • Property managers of meter sites, will need to pull the "Consumption Report" in Conservice monthly (ideally the same time every month)
    • Pathway: Conservice>Home > Meters - Consumption > Export to Excel

 

 

Please Note:

  • If the property meter consumption report is not pulled, the high consumption will be identified on the billing preview. (Pre-Bill).
  • The unit average must be requested for Conservice to proceed, otherwise the resident will receive charges for the actual consumption.

If Already Aware: If the property manager is already informed on the situation and maintenance has resolved the issue, Conservice can give the unit estimate based on past usage.

New Instances: When the site team receives new information regarding a unit issue, maintenance should be dispatched to identify and resolve the problem. Upon resolution, Conservice will estimate the unit’s consumption using historical usage data.
