Move Manual Payment from Resident Ledger to Deposit Ledger
1. Go to Navigation Menu () > Residents
2. Locate and View the resident
3. Go to the Ledger tab
4. Next to the payment in question, click View
5. Click Move to Deposit Ledger
6. Enter the Amount to move
7. Click Post

You will only be able to move the amount of the payment that is currently not already allocated to other charges, this amount will be shown as the Maximum amount that can be moved. If the Amount available is not the amount you need, you will need to unallocated the payment from other charge(s). |
