Move Payment from Deposit Ledger to Resident Ledger

1. Go to the Navigation Menu > Residents
2. Locate and View next to their name
3. Go to the Ledger tab and choose Deposit from the Dropdown
4. Find the payment to move and click View



5. Click Apply
6. Enter the Amount and click Post

The payment should now be moved from the Deposits ledger to the Resident ledger. 

You'll notice an APPLYDEP transaction code in Deposit as a Credit and DEPAPPLIED transaction code in Residents Ledger.
