RP - Unable to Complete Online Application

You have a prospect who cannot continue with the Online application and the prospect status in OneSite is App in progress

 

Ensure there are no Duplicate Applications

1. Select the Find Person Tab


2. Enter the last name of the Person
3. Click Find
4. If there are two or more applications, you are advised to disable the duplicate guest card
5. Send a portal account email

6. Locate the Applicant > click View
7. Under Actions, click Portal account Create portal account

 

Create a new Quote and send it to the Prospect

  1. Go to the Navigation Menu > Prospects
  2. Locate the prospect, click View
  3. Go to the Quotes tab
  4. Click Check Availability

 

 

  1. Find the unit and click Quote beside the unit
  2. On the next window enter the Lease start/end dates then click recalculate
  3. Click Finish
  4. Click the Quotes tab
  5. Locate the available quote and click Send
  6. Click Send e-mail button

 

Resend New Quote

1. Select Find Person Tab
2. Enter the last name of the Person

3. Click Find
4. Click on View
5. Click on Quote tab
6. Under action, click send

 


7. Click Send Email

 

Send Portal Account

1. Select Find Person Tab 

2. Enter the last name of the Person

3. Click Find

4. Under Action, Select Portal Account

 

 

5. Click Create Portal account

6. Click Send Email

7. Click Ok
