Give Notice on a Rentable Item

 

1. Go to the Navigation Menu> Residents
2. Locate and View the resident
3. Click Rentable/Assignable Items > Give Notice (rentable item)

 



4. Enter the following information:

  • Notice given on: Enter the date the resident is giving notice on the item. The current property date defaults, but you can change it
  • Notice given for: Enter the date that billing will stop. The item becomes available for others to rent the next day


5. Select the rentable item you are giving notice on from drop down menu
6. Click Save 

Once you advance the property date beyond the Notice Given for date it should no longer show under the scheduled billing.
