Navigation Menu

The  Navigation menu allows you to access system functions and other RealPage product centers.

Standard Menu Options

The following options are available regardless of product center:

• New Experience: This option is right-controlled. Ask your Superuser for access to the Leasing & Rents new experience.
• Today: Access property snapshots. Available snapshots depend on the RealPage product centers the property is using.
• Reports, SDE, and Tasks: Generate reports, perform and schedule tasks, run or schedule SDE data extracts, and create scheduled groups for these items.
• Administration: Perform administrative processes related to your RealPage product centers.
• Learning: Log in and select the Learning Portal or EasyLMS.
• Central: Access company settings and processes.

Leasing & Rents

The Navigation menu lists the following options for all Leasing & Rents products, including Affordable, Military Housing and Student Living:

• Prospects
• Applicants
• Residents

Leasing & Rents Commercial has the Tenants option.

Other OneSite Products

• Docs: Access all the Document Management forms, letters, notices, and packets.
• Facilities: Manage service requests and make readies for the property.
• Screening: Screen your applicants.
• Purchasing: Import vendors and parts, make purchases, and create POs and invoices.

RealPage Products

• Budgeting: Create and generate yearly budgets for the property.
• LeaseStar: Access website settings and manage marketing information.
• OpsBuyer: Make online purchases though the OpsMarket™ network, create purchase orders for offline purchases, and more.
• Payments: Set up electronic payment types.
• Utility Management: Process invoices and bill resident utilities.
