To send an invite for the resident portal in ActiveBuilding, you must go to the Resident Portals tile in RealPage to take you to ActiveBuilding if your site uses RealPage Unified Platform.

1. Go to Dashboard > Resident Management or Applicant Management
2. Type in the resident's name in the Filter by Name or Unit section
3. Click on the resident's name
4. Click Re-send Invite
5 Click Invite

Advise the resident to check their Inbox or Junk/Spam folder to register.
