To remove the Online Rent Payment Option

1. Go to the Navigation Menu > Residents
2. Search for the resident and click View
3. Next to the Resident you would like to restrict, click Edit 
4. Go to the Resident profile tab

5. Uncheck Online rent payments
6. Click Save

This will restrict the resident from processing both ACH and Credit card payments through Activebuilding.
