Rights By Violation

Below are the rights associated with each violation.

 

Applicable Fraction Violation

This violation occurs when the applicable fraction for the building is below the required applicable fraction.

• Violate applicable fraction - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate applicable fraction (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

 

Rent Calculation Using Expenses

• Violate calculating tenant rent using expenses

Full Time Student Exception

• Violate full-time student exception

 

Household Type

• Violate household type

 

Average Income Test Violations

This violation occurs when the building or program income averaging goal will be exceeded.

• Violate income average - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate income average (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

 

 

Low HOME Unit Count

• Violate low HOME unit count

 

 

 

Maximum Age Violation

A household member does not meet maximum age requirement.

• Violate max age - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate max age (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

 

 

Maximum Household Size Violation

The household size is more than the maximum size allowed

• Violate max household size - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate max household size (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

 

 

Maximum Income Requirement

• Violate maximum income requirement

 

Minimum Age Violation

A household member does not meet minimum age requirement.

• Violate min age - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate min age (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only 

 

Minimum Household Size Violation

The household size is less than the minimum size allowed

• Violate min household size - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate min household size (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

 

 

Minimum Income Requirement

• Violate minimum income requirement

 

NAUR Violations

The previous qualified unit must be rented at prior designation. The unit is comparable or smaller than the unit(s) in the building that are over income.

• Violate next available unit rule - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate next available unit rule (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only
• Violate next available unit rule – incom

 

 

Rent Restrictions

This right also applies to the Compliance center for HUD certifications.

Required Units Not Set up

• Violate required units not set up for floor plan

 

Compliance Violations

Violations related to the program, set-aside, or project minimum set-aside percentage being violated either during a regular situation or rent up. This violation also may occur when the set-aside requires an original household member or a member who is income qualified for LIHTC but none are on file.

• Violate set-aside goals - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate set-aside goals (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

 

UVR Violation

There are vacant qualified units. The Unit Vacancy rule may be violated.

• Violate unit vacancy rule - A user with this right can override the warning violation for any certification type
• Violate unit vacancy rule (except at move-in) - A user with this right can override the warning violation for an Annual or Interim certification only

HOME Unit Default Violation

• Override HOME unit default violation
