Steps on how to add properties on a user's end: 

1. From the Knock Admin, please go to the "Admins" Tab

2. From there, search your account then hit the "Edit" Button

3. At the "Search Teams Tab", search the properties you wish to add then hit the "+" button and then hit "Save" after.
