Shortcut Bar

The shortcut bar provides quick access to common tasks. These include a series of actions on the left side of the page, as well as your user name and Sign off options on the right side of the page.

Use the options on the left side of the shortcut bar to perform quick actions, regardless of where you are working in the system. For example, use the shortcut bar to check unit availability without prospect preferences preselected, calculate rent and other charge prorations for mid-month move-ins or move-outs, view a resident's or applicant's ledger, and possibly enter a service request. These options vary, depending on the RealPage centers your property uses.

Your user name and the Sign off option are available to everyone. Your user name is really a link that allows you to sign on as another user or to change your password (if your company allows you to change your RealPage password).
